By accessing or using the ContinueX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the service.
2. User Conduct & Content
You are solely responsible for the content you sync via ContinueX. You may not use the service for any illegal purposes or to distribute malware. We maintain the right to terminate access if our infrastructure is used for malicious activities.
3. Fees & Subscription
Some features of the platform require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice to all active users.
4. Limitation of Liability
ContinueX is provided "as is". We are not responsible for data loss resulting from network failure, user error, or unauthorized access to your local private keys.
